Eclair Cake

This is our family's favorite. And it's easy too!

2 1/2 c. milk
2 small pkgs. french vanilla pudding
16 oz. cool whip
1 lg. box graham crackers

frosting:
5 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. Karo syrup
3 Tbsp. butter (soft)
3 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. powedered sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

(You can also just use store bought frosting)

Layer filling and graham crackers starting with crackers (4 layers). Top with frosting and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.
